gentle healing for mind and body
At Carrying June we believe that part of the healing process is honoring and experiencing our grief. Whether it's grief from our child's cancer diagnosis, a loss of identity that accompanies it, or grief because we lost our child, each stage in the process stirs an energy inside of us that needs help moving through and out of our bodies. These gentle practices help you slow down, breathe through emotional and physical pain, reconnect with yourself, and support healing from within.

"I don't hear enough vulnerable moments, let alone just see or hear anyone who has gone through something similar to what my husband and I have gone through. Thank you so much for sharing your words with us."

"...I want to say...your words moved me in a profound way. Your courage in sharing your story is not just powerful—it is necessary. You have given voice to an experience that too often goes unspoken, not because people don’t care, but because they don’t know how to."

"Beautiful. Soul crushing. Sad. A reality that some desperately need to read so they know they are not alone."
Kathy Crosby
"these practices don't replace grief. they simply hold space for it, gently."
